Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS)
You will be listed as a contractor receiving clients through the Medicaid Waiver System. Recreational Therapists can provide individual and group recreational therapy services in the client’s home or local facilities.
Behavior Consultant—Level II
You will be listed as a contractor receiving clients through Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver. Under the supervision of the Director of Behavior Management. As the Behavior Consultant you will provide direct and indirect services to consumers, their families, their staff, and/or caregivers that is focused on the individuals Person Centered Individual Support Plan.
Music Therapist—Board Certified (MT-BC)
You will be listed as a contractor receiving clients through the Medicaid Waiver System. Music Therapists can provide individual and group therapy services in the client’s home or local facilities.
