Title: Behavior Consultant – Level II
Locations: Fort Wayne, Indiana and/or Indianapolis, Indiana and their surrounding counties
Status: Contracted - Full Time and Part Time
Salary: Hiring at competitive wages equating to $50,000–$70,000
Population: Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Dual Diagnosis, Physical Impairments, Hearing Impairments, Speech Impaired.

Job Description
You will be listed as a contractor receiving clients through Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver under the supervision of the Director of Behavior Management. As the Behavior Consultant, you will provide direct and indirect services to consumers, their families, their staff, and/or caregivers that is focused on the individuals Person Centered Individual Support Plan. Behavior Consultants can provide individual and group therapy services in the client’s home and/or community. Behavior Consultants must have reliable transportation and willing to drive to and from clients. Consultants are encouraged to take their clients to local community interests for therapy sessions which include but are not limited to: local gyms, parks, sporting events, concerts, malls, bowling, swimming pools and much more. Therapists are able to maintain their own schedules to meet their specific needs. You will have a chance to build a caseload that works around that schedule.
As a contracted therapist, you will have full autonomy on therapeutic interventions and techniques used to work towards completing individual goals and objectives. Responsibilities listed below:
Creating clinical behavior assessments and behavioral support plans.
Provide training and consultation to those implementing the plans.
Conducting behavior therapy sessions in the home, community, or clinic.
Attending quarterly meetings to report progress with team members.

Qualifications:
Education
A Master’s degree or higher in either clinical psychology, counseling psychology, school psychology, another applied health service area of psychology, applied behavioral analysis (ABA), special education, social work, or counseling.
Certifications
CPR/First Aid
Requirements
TB Test
State and county background checks
Reliable transportation for frequent travel to caseload
Experience
