Jessie Rausch, Office Manager
Jessie has worked in the healthcare field for over eleven years. She attended Grace College working towards her Biology degree and her nursing courses. She graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associate of Applied Sciences in Healthcare in January 2013. She has been a CNA and a Lab Assistant. As an Aid, she had worked in several geriatric units, including an Alzheimer and Dementia Unit. While working as a Lab Assistant, she worked in a Hospital setting.She worked on all floors and with all departments, as well in the Outpatient Service Center. There she worked as a Lead Phlebotomist and was in constant contact with other units, other laboratories, Doctors Offices, and patients. She began working with several companies such as ResCare and Passages clients, who she fell in love with. She is a new mother and absolutely loves her new title.
Nicole Sheldon, MA, LMHCA, Human Resource Manager
Nicole Sheldon is our Human Resource Manager. She holds her masters degree in Professional Counseling as well as her LMHCA certification. Nicole has experience as Pure Abilities' previous Office Manager, as a Behavior Consultant, and has worked in the field since 2017.
