Spike It Forward; The Ultimate Volleybrawl!

Get ready for the most exciting volleyball event of the year! Spike It Forward is coming to Fort Wayne, IN on Sat Aug 2nd, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT. Join us at 405 River Bend Court for a day filled with fun, action, and intense competition.

**$100 PER TEAM or $25 PER PERSON (if you have a team you want to play with, but want to sign up as an individual please note who you would like to play with when you register)**

Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, this event is for you. Teams of all levels are welcome to participate and battle it out on the court for the ultimate prize. With multiple games and rounds, you'll have plenty of chances to show off your skills and dominate the competition.

But Spike It Forward isn't just about the games. We're also raising awareness and funds for a great cause. 100% of profits will be donated to Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Indiana (DSANI). The mission of DSANI is to enhance the lives of people living with Down syndrome, advocate on their behalf, provide information and support to families and professionals, and promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.

Teams will be separated into 5 different pools. Each pool will participate in pool play and tournament play. Pool play will be 2 sets, each to 11. Tournament play will be best 2 out of 3 and games will be played to 18, win by 2, and cap at 21. Tournament play will be double elimination. The winner of each pool will compete for the championship! The championship will follow the same tournament play rules. Each game will follow the sand volleyball rules listed below.

Sand Volleyball Rules:

1. Pool play games will be first to 11

2. Tournament games will be played to 18, win by 2, and cap at 21.

3. Pool play games are 2 sets and will NOT go to a third if there is a tie (this does not count towards the tournament)

4. Tournament games are best 2 out of 3

5. At most 3 contacts per side

6. A player cannot hit the ball twice in a row

7. A player cannot block the serve

8. A player cannot set the serve over the net (after the first contact, the ball may be set over the net)

9. The serving order must stay the same and every player must serve, but teams are not required to rotate positions

10.Each team must have a minimum of two females.

There will be food trucks, cash bar, raffle ticket items, and pool prize winners!
