The Fort Wayne Air Show is making every effort to be as inclusive as possible and we understand that the sounds and smells that are natural to an event of this kind may make it difficult for some to attend. In order to provide an opportunity for those with sensory issues, Fort Wayne Air Show staff is hosting an hour of modified stimulus on Friday June 7 from 7:30-8:30 am. During this hour, every effort will be made to modify/limit noise and smells.  All participants and escorts will be required to arrive at Brookwood Golf Course located at 10304 Bluffton Rd, no later than 7 a.m. that morning to receive their passes and security brief. Before they are escorted onto the base.

Pre-registration is required to ensure ample parking and staff assistance. Unfortunately registration is limited to the first 50 applicants and their respective escorts so please have your patients/clients/participants/students register soon.  Applications will not be accepted after May 25th to provide sufficient time for background checks prior to base access.  Please fill out the form at www.fwairshow.com/sensory-access-hour/
