Behavior Management through Indiana's Medicaid Waiver helps teach appropriate behaviors while decreasing inappropriate behaviors by working with clients in-home, community, school, social and work settings.
Behavior Management Consultants
Each of our Behavior Consultants holds a minimum of a Master’s Degree in either of the following: Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, another Applied Health Service area of Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Special Education, Social Work, or Counseling. Our Behavior Consultants are routinely supervised by a Licensed Psychologist and Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) and are experts at behavior management.
Session Framework
Our Behavior Consultants will develop a detailed Behavior Support Plan (BSP) for each consumer which explains their target behaviors, what maintains these behaviors, how to prevent these behaviors from re-occurring, and how to appropriately respond to these behaviors as well as teach socially significant replacement behaviors.
