Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two adult sons and two grandsons, and at home with her rescued Dachshunds, Gertie and Frank. She spends her free time gardening, watercolor painting, reading, and staying active in her church, where she teaches Sunday school and parenting classes. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Ball State University and is committed to lifelong learning. Pamela values open communication with families and believes every person deserves dignity, compassion, and evidence-based care.
